You and Josh finalize the floor plan, material selections, and full build scope before anything is signed. What gets built is clear before work starts.
The crew clears the land, grades the site, and pours the slab foundation, getting your property ready for the build.
The barndominium shell goes up, framed and erected to North Carolina wind code by the same crew that prepared your site.
Drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures go in. Josh walks the finished home with you before the project closes.
