Do I need to already own land in the Jacksonville area to get started?
Yes, New River builds on your land. You need to own the acreage or have it under contract before the build can begin. If you have a parcel in or around Onslow County, call to schedule a free on-site consultation and Josh will walk the property with you.
Do you sell barndominium kits or do you build them?
For Jacksonville customers: we build them. New River Barndominiums is a builder, not a kit dealer. We do not ship steel for you to assemble. The crew handles framing and erection as part of the full turnkey build.
